Teamlead network security

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead with a strong interest in sales and finance, combined with hands-on experience in the network security domain. You will play a key role in driving our growth and optimizing business processes for customers ranging from SMEs to multinationals.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales & Relationship Management:
- Identify customer needs related to network security and build long-term relationships.
- Provide advice on technical solutions and guide customers throughout the entire sales process.
- Manage the sales funnel and develop strategic sales plans in collaboration with the group-level sales team.
- Financial Management:
- Process financial data and take responsibility for monitoring budgets.
- Drive the optimization of the P&L (Profit & Loss).
- Leadership & Team Operations:
- Act as the primary point of contact and provide direction to the team.
- Contribute to team planning and project work when needed.
- Strategy & Marketing:
- Provide input for the marketing plan and help shape the team's long-term vision.

- Ability to provide direction, shape a vision, and communicate it effectively.
- You are a good listener with a high level of empathy toward both the team and customers.
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience with network security projects.
- Communication: Strong communicator who can explain complex technical topics in a clear and simple way.

- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
