As a Marketing / Social Media / Growth Intern at Aspilon, you'll dive into the world of TikTok, Instagram, and community building. You understand what works on social media, but you're also eager to experiment, disrupt, and create. You'll craft emotionally-driven content, test new formats, and help tell real, powerful stories.

You’ll work closely with our founder, who lives with a birthmark and is the face of our brand — help turn his personal journey and struggles into authentic and viral storytelling. You’ll also work with our Marketing Manager, who will guide you in content strategy, campaign planning, and paid/organic growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) from A to Z: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing
  • Shape and build Aspilon’s visual identity and tone of voice across platforms
  • Co-create content with our founder that connects deeply with our community
  • Brainstorm and test new hooks, captions, and formats
  • Manage and engage with our online community (DMs, comments, UGC outreach)
  • Support influencer campaigns and social activations
  • Assist in product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth experiments

Are we looking for you?

  • You live on socials and instinctively understand what’s trending and why
  • You’re hands-on, creative, and take initiative
  • You can film, edit, and post content independently — no micromanagement needed
  • You resonate with our mission and see how real beauty can be transformative
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Eager to learn and apply data-driven marketing techniques
  • Entrepreneurial mindset or experience in any form is a strong advantage
