Junior HR & IT Consultant

As an HR & IT consultant, you’ll work as a functional analyst, positioned right at the intersection of business and IT. What does that look like in practice?

A typical project starts with visiting the customer and organizing workshops to analyze how they work today. Based on these insights, you create blueprints: mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing smart optimizations.

Next comes the IT side. You’ll configure these processes in a software package and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for our developers, who take care of the coding. After thoroughly testing the solution, you’ll train the customer and guide them in using their new system with confidence.

Our HR Teams within the Experience Hub focus on creating real added value for HR departments, managers, and employees. The goal? Better employee experiences and stronger organizational performance.

We support our customers in implementing SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce solutions across key HR domains such as learning and development, feedback and performance, recruitment, onboarding, time management, and payroll. On top of that, we also specialize in collaboration tools like Microsoft 365. In short: we work on shaping the future of HR every single day.
