IGA Solution architect

As an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical identity solutions. You will guide organizations through the complexities of digital identity, ensuring that access is secure, compliant, and efficient.
Your Responsibilities
- Identity & Access Analysis:
- Conduct interactive workshops with stakeholders to assess existing IGA processes.
- Identify business challenges and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and redesign digital identity workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Leverage IGA solution capabilities and industry best practices to streamline access management.
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with IGA architects to co-create a long-term identity governance roadmap.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and develop implementation strategies.
- Solution Selection & Implementation:
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable IGA solutions for their specific needs.
- Ensure seamless integration and high user adoption.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present IGA visions and strategies to management.
- Secure alignment and buy-in from key decision-makers.
Profile
- Expertise: Proven experience in IGA and/or cybersecurity.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented, creative mindset.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, capable of translating complex concepts for management.
- Professional Attributes:
- A team player who demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently on client projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
