Functional Engineer

As a Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and IT. You will analyse client requirements and translate them into clear, feasible functional solutions. In this role, you will work closely with both internal development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that systems and processes align perfectly with end-user expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis: Conducting business process analyses and translating them into functional requirements.
• Documentation: Drafting clear functional specifications and well-defined user stories.
• Architecture: Contributing to architectural discussions and assessing the impact of new functionalities.
• Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact (liaison) between the business and the development team.
• Quality Assurance: Testing delivered solutions and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Implementation: Guiding and supporting users during the implementation of new systems or updates.
