The Job

At Tout Bien, you’ll join a tight crew of ambitious, fun, and slightly rebellious people on a mission: shake up the old beer industry — and have a blast doing it.

• Behind-the-Scenes Hero: You are the go-to support for our full-time Field Sales superstars. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from organizing deliveries to helping set up events.
• Sales Support: You’ll work closely with the team to follow up on leads, track the best festivals, bars, and retail spots, and keep the team fueled and ready to crush it.
• Region Support: You are the heart and hustle that makes Tout Bien shine in your specific region. You might not be the face of the brand yet, but you keep it all moving.

What about you?

• Status: You are currently a student.
• Personality: You’re organized, eager to learn, and love helping people — whether that’s setting up at a festival or supporting the Sales team.
• Social Skills: You’re social and confident enough to chat with bartenders, event organizers, and the internal crew.
• Requirements:
  • You have a driver’s license.
  • You speak Dutch and English (French is a cherry on top!).
• Location: You are based in one of our key regions: West Flanders, Ghent, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, Limburg, Brussels, or Leuven.
