The Job

At Tout Bien, you’ll join a tight crew of ambitious, fun, and slightly rebellious people on a mission: shake up the old beer industry — and have a blast doing it. We're the fastest-growing online beer brand in Belgium and our ambitions are high.

• Content Creation Hero: You’re the behind-the-scenes hero, providing essential support for our full-time Content & Marketing team.
• Production Support: You help with photo & video shoots, creative brainstorming, partner content, and creating visuals.
• Strategic Impact: Together with the team, we use our content as a weapon and an extension of everything we stand for.

What about you?

• Status: You are currently a student.
• Technical Skills: You have experience with content creation. You know your way around editing tools and camera gear.
• Internet Culture: You know what's going on online — from viral trends to pop culture milestones (from Taylor Swift to Kai Cenat).
• Personality:
  • You’re organized, eager to learn, and love helping out.
  • You’re social and confident enough to chat with partners on location or voice your ideas internally.
• Requirements:
  • You have a driver’s license.
  • You speak Dutch and English (French is a cherry on top!).
• Mindset: You’re curious about the beer world and excited to learn what makes Tout Bien stand out.
