I don’t like standing still. As Head of Directors at SINC Antwerp, I’m motivated by growth, leadership and making real impact together with others. SINC feels like one big family to me, a place where we build meaningful events and create a strong, connected community. Leading a team challenges me every day but seeing people grow and shine makes it more than worth it.

A personal highlight in my journey so far was organizing my own event and giving a keynote myself. Speaking about social anxiety on stage during Beat the Stage pushed me far outside my comfort zone and at the same time ignited a deep love for keynote speaking that continues to grow.
