He joined delaware when the company counted just 125 consultants. Today, delaware has grown into a global organization of 5,000 people with €600M in revenue. Throughout this journey, he has helped build and scale multiple business units, growing teams from 5 to 60 and later to more than 200 people.

Over the years, he has taken on a wide range of roles — from expert and project manager to business developer, business unit lead and company owner — working across the US, Europe, the Middle East and China. He also played a key role in developing proprietary CRM IP, successfully positioning it in the market and generating €500K in annual recurring license revenue.

Today, he is responsible for delaware’s activities in the Process Industry (Chemicals, Metals & Mining, and Pharma), non-service SAP revenue, the DEL20 innovation community, and everything related to driving client success.
