Cubby is an innovative technology and circular economy start-up that develops smart locker systems to make materials more accessible, sustainable, and efficient to use. Driven by the ambition to strengthen shared use, Cubby develops two complementary product lines: ClubCubby and UrbanCubby.

ClubCubby offers smart lockers for events, hospitality venues, coworking spaces, and other locations where visitors want to safely store personal belongings or shared materials. The systems are designed for intensive use, fully digitally accessible, and can be tailored to the specific needs of a location. ClubCubby focuses on efficiency, ease of use, and a higher quality of service for both visitors and organizers.

UrbanCubby represents the company’s social and circular pillar. These LEGO-like modules make it possible to share sports and play equipment in public spaces 24/7. Through the use of photo verification, data insights, and a modular, repairable design, vandalism is reduced, materials last longer, and urban infrastructure is used more effectively. UrbanCubby is a pioneer in this field in Belgium and is growing rapidly through collaborations with municipalities.

The production of the UrbanCubby modules is carried out by the custom-work company OptimaT, which stimulates local social employment and fully aligns with our circular mission.

In this way, Cubby is building an integrated ecosystem in which design, production, logistics, use, and repair are all interconnected.
